Biography:
An elf of few words, Galdor was one of the few Noldor who felt more akin to the land than the forges, the temperament of which earned an honored place in Yavanna's heart so that he became the first lord of the tree with
her blessings.
More loyal to Fingolfin than Feanor, Galdor crossed the Helcraxe to avenge King Finwe, and in part, though he would never admit it to himself out of hatred to the Feanorians, to delve into the mysterio that has long surrounded the Hither Shores its woods.
After Nirnaeth Arnoidiad, he adopted Legolas as he's the son of a dear friend, as his own family had perished on the Grinding Ice. Commonly seen dressed in green, Galdor, Tree-Lord, appears as an atypical Noldorin type with his blonde hair and bright eyes that becomes a deeper green with each passing yen in Middle Earth.
He hails from branch of Vanyar that defected to the Noldor when disputes concerning whether to live in Tirion begins to rise.
